SVERI’s College of Engineering, Pandharpur provides various academic, administrative, examination, training, consultancy and other institutional services for which applicable fees may be payable by students, parents, applicants, employees, organizations and other users.

If the amount has been debited but the transaction is not successfully credited to the Institute, the amount will generally be subject to the applicable settlement/reconciliation and refund process of the payment gateway/bank.
Users should avoid making multiple payments for the same application, service or transaction.

Refunds shall be governed by the refund rules applicable to the particular fee, service, admission, examination, registration, event or other transaction.
Where a refund is approved by the Institute, the amount shall normally be refunded through the original payment method or through another appropriate mode as determined by the Institute/payment gateway.
The actual time required for the refund to reflect in the user’s account may depend upon the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI service provider or other financial institution.
The Institute shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, payment gateway providers or other third-party financial institutions.
Unless specifically notified otherwise, certain application, processing, registration, examination, administrative or service charges may be non-refundable.
Users are advised to carefully read the applicable terms and conditions before making payment.
Requests for cancellation of a service, registration, application, event or other transaction shall be considered according to the specific rules and conditions applicable to that service.
Payment cancellation after successful completion of a transaction shall not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
Where cancellation is permitted, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with the Institute’s prevailing rules.
Any applicable convenience fee, payment gateway charge, transaction charge or other applicable fee, if imposed, shall be displayed to the user before completion of the transaction, wherever applicable.
The Institute may revise applicable charges in accordance with its policies and arrangements with payment service providers.
The Institute takes reasonable measures to facilitate secure online transactions.
Payment-related information is processed through the authorized payment gateway and associated banking/payment networks using appropriate security mechanisms.

Any chargeback initiated through a bank/card/payment service provider may be subject to the applicable rules and procedures of the respective payment network, bank or payment service provider.
If a user suspects an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction, the user should immediately contact the concerned bank/payment service provider and inform the Institute.
The Institute may request transaction details and supporting documents for verification.
The Institute reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicate or erroneous transactions and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable rules.
Online payments may involve third-party service providers such as banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI service providers and other financial institutions.
The Institute does not control the internal systems, availability or processing timelines of such third-party service providers.
Accordingly, the Institute shall not be responsible for temporary unavailability, technical failures, processing delays or service interruptions attributable to such third parties.
Personal information submitted while making a payment shall be handled in accordance with the Institute’s applicable Privacy Policy.

Payment card and banking credentials are processed through the authorized payment service provider and are not intended to be stored by the Institute in their complete form.

While contacting the Institute regarding a payment transaction, users should provide the Transaction/Reference Number, Application/Registration Number, Date of Transaction and Amount Paid.
Users should never send their UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, password or OTP in an email or communication with the Institute.
